Orders are shipped to you standard shipping free of charge via our global fulfillment partner Global-E. International shipments will be delivered to you via DHL to provide the most expedited and secure shipment possible.

RETURNS
You can return a product ordered in the ESCADA E-Store within 14 days. We will gladly accept returns of items that are in new condition, with the original tags attached. Return items must not be worn, washed or altered. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment after being received back to our fulfillment location and checked for newness. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the processing of the return. Returns may incur a shipping fee based on your ship-from location. Charges will be deducted from your return credit.
